Meet Julie: Your Teacher and Guide

Julie's story changed during COVID when she had to make a tough choice to close her dance studio after 27 years. During this time of big changes, she got married but also lost her father and her best friend. Looking for ways to deal with her grief, Julie started taking yoga teacher training - not to become a teacher, but to help herself heal. As she mixed what she knew about dance with what she learned from yoga, she found herself wanting to teach again.
This led her to open Inspired Movement, where she now shares her love of movement with others..
Julie has an amazing way of helping people move better! After more than 30 years of teaching dance, she knows exactly how to guide you through each move so it feels natural and fun. She'll help you find the right way to move your body, making even new poses feel comfortable and doable.
